Spring is finally here and the first signs of movement on the beaches of Mallorca with the welcome sunshine, I decided I need to lose a bit of my (obvious) belly – a product of all thet winter comfort food!
A “quick fix” I have used before is the famous cabbage soup diet – this seven day diet promises to reduce your weight by around 10 pounds and give you that boost to start a healthy, energetic programme ready for the summer.
Combined with a daily excercise routine this really does get you into a routine you can follow for the rest of the year. By excercise I am only extending my dog walking by half an hour and starting to swim every morning – not hours in the gym!
